About Sumeer
Since 1978 Sumeer Homes has been building many styles of homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. With very little fanfare, a lot of hard work, and a policy of the utmost facets of the company – we have become large enough to have the buying power in our markets. Therefore, we can offer you the most for every dollar you spend on a home of your choice. In 2002, 25 dedicated and talented individuals that began our group created 207 homes and a lot of happy homeowners. In this vast and great industry of ours where waves of economics ebb and tide have left very few builders still assail. You will be glad to know that we have been going strong for 25 years.

Setting Records In 2003, Sumeer Homes started setting it’s own personal records in the southern part of the Dallas area and surrounding counties. In the DeSoto area, Sumeer’s Chapel Hill built a record number of houses, and in sales and closings they surpassed any previous record standing to this date. It is no wonder why Sumeer Homes has hit the Top 200 Builders List in the country and is still getting stronger. For a small homebuilder in its 25th year, becoming a part of the Top 200 was setting a record in itself. We have done that by constructing with Creative Designs, Quality Craftsmanship, and Customer Satisfaction. And with the financial stability we have gained over the years the opportunities are endless. We are now celebrating our 25th Anniversary in serving the North Texas area and will continue to do so for many years to come.
